Back when our ancestors walked barefoot, foot fungus wasn’t on their radar. Believe it or not, foot fungus is a modern disease, and it’s most likely your shoes that are to blame, especially if you skip the socks. Going sockless strips your feet of a critical sweat-absorbing layer and creates a hotbed for fungal growth.
To prevent fungal growth, be sure not only to treat your feet, but also your shoes, as they can carry remnants of fungus long after the infection may have cleared from your skin. Make sure to treat all the shoes in your closet since the fungus is spread from shoe to shoe. To treat, we recommend sprinkling some Zeasorb-AF in every pair to kill the spores, and, unless you’re wearing sandals with lots of breathing room, don’t skip the socks.

Richard St. John's TED Words..."8 Secrets of Success"
Success means something different to all of us. Consistently across the board, success seems to be measured by the accrual of money, power or both. We clamor for it... we pay thousands of dollars to hear the 'magic words' that are promised to lead us to our own personal successes.
As we age, these promises become more intensified and important as we - most of us, think that we could have done better, been more, compiled more, risen higher... than we have. Every single day is one day less to attain elusive success.
TED is a collection of some of our times finest minds and successful individuals. There are biannual gatherings that come by invitiation only and at a prohibitive price for the average person. Word to the Wise …
Reading sunscreen labels and understanding them is almost as difficult as deciphering a text from your teenager. They claim SPF, but that only indicates protection against UVB not UVA. Translation? SPF claims only indicate protection from the sun’s BURNING rays, but there are currently no requirements to protect skin from the AGING rays that lead to wrinkles and, potentially, cancer.The good news—clarity is coming soon. In June 2011 the FDA announced new sunscreen regulations (to go into effect by December 2012) designed to help consumers stay better protected. This is great news but means you need to spend another summer deciphering ingredient lists to ensure you are protected.
BEWARE!
Some of the sunscreen products on shelves this summer may carry cancer-causing risk labels this December.
Don’t fall for false protection promises this summer, and avoid getting “burned” by sunscreens just offering partial protection. Tune in to Derm RF this month for the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to SPF so you and your family will be protected all summer long.

No Shortcuts to Beautiful Skin!
Skipping Steps
Rushing through your regimen and skipping steps because you woke up late or are feeling lazy before bed, is a habit that haunts in ways you may not realize. Not only do you miss out on the benefits of the product you skipped, you’re missing out on the maximum benefits of the products you did use.

Where's Your Waldo or Where To Find Your FUTURE Teammates?
When it comes to finding people to approach about Rodan +Fields®, I am reminded of the popular children’s books, Where’s Waldo? by Martin Handford. As you probably realize, you just never know where you will find Waldo in these books because he is absolutely everywhere. And that’s the way it is with finding people to talk to about your business.
First of all, direct selling is a people business. So that means you must go where people are located. You’ve probably already created a large Prospect list, but take a few minutes to jot down all of the places you go where there are lots of people, then keep adding to it as you think of other places and events. For example, in line at the grocery, the salon where you get your hair done or have manicures and pedicures, the groomer’s, your children’s sports games, the Farmers’ Market, cocktail parties, the gym, or just people you run into on a regular basis while you’re taking a walk. Talking to strangers may mean stepping outside your comfort zone, but if you lead with your enthusiasm for how the products have given you smoother, younger-looking, more radiant skin, striking up a conversation with someone is so much easier.
Recently I saw party napkins that said, “Mingle Like You Mean It!” That’s great advice for a party, but it’s also a terrific mindset when it comes to promoting your business. I challenge you both to be a “Waldo” and to mingle like you mean it—you’ll probably soon discover that it’s next to impossible not to talk to people about your business everywhere you go!
